Betting results on Goldbett are sourced from the relevant sports federation or official data provider. In the event of any dispute, Goldbett's decision shall be considered final.

Goldbett offers a range of bonuses and promotions that add extra value for users. Each bonus, however, comes with its own specific terms and conditions.

• All bonuses are subject to a specific Wagering Requirement — to withdraw a bonus, you must bet the required amount.
• Bets placed with bonus funds may have minimum odds restrictions — typically bets must be placed at odds of 1.5 or higher.

Goldbett may temporarily or permanently close an account under the following circumstances.

• If any evidence of terms violation is found.
• Failure to complete identity verification, or providing false information.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).
• In cases of self-exclusion or suspension at the user's own request.
• In compliance with a court order or directive from a regulatory authority.

Users may request account closure at any time. In such cases, you will have the opportunity to withdraw your valid balance. For inactive accounts, Goldbett may apply maintenance fees — separate notice will be provided.
